The Three Forty-one East Gallery was born 50 years ago in a small shop located just east of Kent CT on Route 341. Though many years away from that location, it still features original paintings and quality reproductions by award winning painter and sculptor, Patricia Chase. Pat was born and raised in rural Northwest Connecticut town. She pursued a BA in Art from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY and MSEd at Western CT State. Continuing to live and work in her hometown of Kent, CT, she owned and operated a design studio and frame shop while teaching Art to middle schoolers in a neighboring town,

Vermont became her home in the early 1980’s where she maintained a painting and ceramic studio, Button Bay Santa Company, for many years, selling her limited edition folk art at Fine Art Shows and galleries throughout the Northeast.

Patricia served as President of The Board of Directors for Suntan Art Center, St Pete Beach, FL (2008-2011) and Director (2011-2018.) She is a founding member of its Co-operative Gallery. Her work was also featured at ArtWorks of St Petersburg, FL, a cooperative in St Petersburg.
The most recent addition to Patricia's preferred mediums is ink drawing on a base of collage. Her work also includes alcohol ink, fluid acrylic and mixed media. Her current original paintings on canvas, wood or yupo, are available on a variety of surfaces from greeting cards to over-sized canvases.
