Ordering Your Portrait
Select your favorite color photograph of our portrait subject- the image that best captures the expression or pose you hope to see in the finished painting. Your preference is at the lead in this project. We'll review the photos together to translate the dog you know and love into the strongest possible painted pup portrait.

...and the painting journey begins
As the piece nears completion, we'll update you for approval. Small changes can be made at that time.
Your custom portrait is then packaged and shipped at no charge to you.
Photo Tips
A clear, high-resolution image is ideal.
Multiple images can be useful for color, markings, etc
One image is required for the pose. A closeup of your pet's face at eye level is best
Natural lighting is always best
What You'll Receive
One original, completely hand-painted dog portrait
Unless otherwise stipulated, in writing, subject will be painted on a cradled birchwood panel
Finished size will be 12" x 12" x 1.5" - framing is unneccesary
Turnaround Time and Important Notes
Turn around time is approximately 2-3 weeks. Rush options are available upon request.
Each painting is created by hand, so natural artistic variation is part of the beauty.
